Information on allergen information

The Schwartauer Werke provide the information on receptor-contained allergens or substances that can cause intolerance, to the best of our knowledge and belief. As part of our allergen risk assessment, we have of course taken avoidance strategies for the entry of cross-contamination. We voluntarily and to the best of our knowledge and belief identify potential allergens, provided that we cannot completely exclude an entry despite the greatest care in the production, manufacture and storage of raw materials or the manufacture of our products. We ask for your understanding that we do not assume any liability for the correctness and complete nature of the information.

Our allergen information refers to the following allergens / substances that can cause intolerance:

  • Celery / products

  • Molluscs / products
